Health, Safety and Environment
It is the policy of Acoustical Control, LLC to comply with all health, safety and environmental laws and regulations. Acoustical Control, LLC provides a safe and healthful workplace for its employees and contractors while requiring that they perform their work in the safest possible manner. Through continuous improvement, we work to create and maintain a zero accident culture. We do not compromise safety, the environment or the health of our employees to gain a business advantage. We belong to ISNetworld and PEC Safety to assure our customers that we are in compliance with their safety, quality and insurance requirements. We are committed to maintaining a drug and alcohol free workplace. A third party is used to administer our drug and alcohol testing program.
All employees and contractors have the authority to stop work if they see an unsafe or potentially unsafe act or condition without fear of reprimand or reprisal by management or co-workers. Stop work authority is also an obligation of employees and contractors to suspend work when health, safety and environmental risks are not understood or have not been clearly established.
To accomplish our goal of zero accidents, an organized and effective safety program is maintained on each jobsite. Training, safety meetings, incident investigations and job hazard analysis are tools used to prevent accidents and raise safety awareness.
